I recently purchased a new car from this dealership and my overall experience was average. The website was user-friendly and had a good selection of vehicles. However, the customer service at the dealership was a bit lacking. The sales representative seemed to be more focused on making a sale rather than truly understanding my needs. Additionally, the process of finalizing the paperwork took longer than anticipated. On the positive side, the car I purchased is in great condition and I am satisfied with it. The price was reasonable and the financing options were explained clearly. With a bit more attention to customer service and efficiency, this dealership could definitely improve its overall rating. 🙂
