I just had to write a review about the great customer service received from Lake Norman Dodge. Russell was an excellent resource, he was never pushy, he gave great advice, and just wanted to make sure we were happy and comfortable. This had to be one of the easiest car purchases I ve ever experienced. After we decided to purchase the car we were out within the hour. Russell was an awesome, wonderful, great resource as our sales associate and Tony in finance was sincere, kind, and on top of his job. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dealership, everyone we came into contact with were great people! Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new/used car and we will take our car for service here in the future.
