Lisa Di Pasquale did an excellent job at explaining what we needed done to get he most for our home, or what we would expect the value to be as is. Lisa helped us contact professionals to help us get our house ready for sale, and kept a time line of events and fought for us when we felt things were not done right while preparing the home for sale. she made a time line as the listing date approached and we launched the sale of the house on time, and as she predicted it sold quickly (on the Market on a Friday and multiple offers by Tuesday). She made sure we were protected after the offers by countering and not just accepting what they had offered in as far as repairs after inspection, earnest money etc. We were updated on every step taken and able to ask as many questions as we needed to understand the process. Hughes Real Estate Group of Silvercreek Realty Group helped make the process of selling our home easy, understandable and quick.
