Good sales process, POOR results, I had a score of 750+, 1 late payment on 1 account by a mistake, they could NOT get it removed, 119 per month for 12 months, expensive for NO results. When canceling, I was told they could have taken a more aggressive route, but I'd have to stay 60 more days. Plus I'd have to pay 29 days of a billing cycle, as they collect in arrears, not in advance. I'd have to do an audit, I don't believe it, the cancellation process is painful. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM..
