I ve started working with TFC 4 weeks ago prepping for a show in October. These past 4 weeks have been by far the hardest 4 weeks I have ever trained, but it s getting easier. I am enjoying the journey so far and enjoying the results. Definitely feel at home here and reassuring that Tamekia and her husband, Gartrell have passion and pride in what they do here at TFC. Definitely wont regret.
