As a customer of Wohlfühlhotel martinerhof, I have to say that my experience was average. The service was decent, but nothing exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable, but it lacked some amenities that I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I probably wouldn't choose to stay here again.
