I had an average experience with Cost per hire. Although their website was user-friendly and the hiring process was efficient, I felt that their customer service could have been better. The representatives were not very responsive to my inquiries, and it took a long time to get a resolution. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected a bit more.
