One of the worst finance/customer service I have ever dealt with! Charging loyal clients what they shouldn't, not checking their system, not informing you of any changes in charges, they just take your money without letting you know and when you try to get it back they totally ignore you!!!

Thank you Raj for sorting it all out for me and I appreciate your help in this matter.
We discussed the issues which now have been resolved but in general as a company you should look into your customer service team and maybe increase the number of people you hire in that department.

Raj - you did a good job and 5 stars for you :)
