I had an average experience with Kent Island Beach House LLC. The rental process was smooth, and the staff was friendly upon check-in. However, the cleanliness of the beach house was not up to par. There were some areas that were not properly cleaned and the linens smelled musty. Additionally, the WiFi connection was unreliable throughout our stay. I hope they can improve these aspects for future guests.
