I heard a rattle in my car and needed to confirm whether I needed new brakes based on what I was told at a tire company, so I drove to the dealership. Since my personal service advisor was on vacation, Josh immediately greeted me and asked how he could help. I shared the same information as above; he reviewed my service history and also verified through visual inspection that I did not need new brakes. He got a technician to accompany him on a test drive of the car to see if they could identify the source of the noise. They did.

He received approvals for the warranty work and put me in a loaner. The repair was completed in less than 24 hours. This was all done without a scheduled appointment!
