I had a somewhat disappointing experience with P.W. Rider, Ltd. The quality of their products was good, but I encountered some issues with their customer service. There were times when the staff seemed uninterested in assisting me and I had to wait longer than expected for a resolution. It was not a terrible experience, but there is room for improvement.
