I've been taking omega-3 supplements for a while, but I decided to give these a try based on the positive reviews. I have to say, they didn't disappoint! The capsules are easy to swallow and I haven't experienced any fishy aftertaste. I feel more energetic and my skin looks clearer. Will continue using!
