Purchased the middle school pack and was very pleased with how easy the process was. Due to my own mistake I accidentally added an additional number to my mailing address. When I didn't receive my package I contacted via phone and the mistake was discovered. I was so bummed. But the customer service rep went ahead and sent me another packet free of charge even though it was NOT their mistake. I told them I would pay. I felt so lame not noticing my typo but she laughed and told me not to stress she had already corrected address in system and had another order on its way to me. At the correct address this time. I am grateful for their kindness and outstanding customer service. On top of that, the products are exactly what we needed for our middle schooler. Highly recommend. Appreciated their understanding and willingness to correct a mistake I myself made. Can't stress enough how much I appreciated that level of service.
