JFK Hospital you have been demoted from five stars...

JFK Hospital you have been demoted from five stars to 1 star. I was recently admitted to the hospital for minor reasons. I was removed from the 4000 floor two room 2201 there was four other patients in the room, they were not very alert. I was tripped delivery by a nurse, and then she began to laugh about it like she was a hyena. I called risk management from inside the hospital to report her they told me to tell it to the RN and charge. That nurse was sent to another floor, so she can trip somebody else. Shame on you JFK Hospital , shame on you! PCA mckendall set right there in the room as my hands swell up with the IV in it. My hand swell like a balloon . I pleaded with her to help me and she ignored me for over 25 minutes, shame on you JFK Hospital shame on you. I called my nurse Michael he was with a patient at the time he told me he would be there as soon as possible, okay I understand that he had to help that patient with that emergency first. I called the RN in charge she was with a patient , she said that she would be there as soon as possible okay I understand that she had to deal with that patient emergency first. What I don't understand is the PCA who set there and would not help me she was like a car who just gave out of gas, she just stopped working and sat there. Shame on you JFK Hospital, shame on you! I was woke up 2 in the morning by a nurse who is having a conversation with a PCA they were laughing out loud and talking out loud, I was upset because I have a sleeping disorder and I could not fall back asleep because she woke me up for nasus, playing around, playing games, with each other by Saturday I had had enough I sign myself out against medical advice because I got better for the situation in which I went in there for. But now I was having seizures because the doctor stop my medication to prevent seizures, at least that's what the head RN nurses told me when I asked them. everybody through doctor under the bus. because jfk you refused the discipline workers who choose to hurt people, who come there to get better. I am holding your hospital negligence. therefore I will be filing a grievance with my insurance company sending the message to you. Until you choose to stop the rotten apples that you know are spoiling the whole bunch.
