If I could leave a negative star - I would. Hands down - worst customer service ever. I actually just had an employee refuse to tell me her name. I asked if she was refusing to tell me and she said "yes, I am refusing". And then she continued to argue with me and talk over me. Do not seek insurance coverage with this company. There are so many more competent insurance providers out there. Save yourself the headache.
