They are very hard to get a hold of and charge you...

They are very hard to get a hold of and charge you if you pay your loan by phone... Also I was told that they d auto withdrawal $200 more then they did making me go through a hassle to get a hold of them to make the rest of my payment. Very hard company to deal with. If I could switch my loan for the same interest rate I would!
