Back around early July, I had sent an insurance check to be endorsed and sent back to my address so that I could pay off the company that fixed up my rental property. When I called, I gave exact instructions to send the check to my address in Oklahoma since that is where I live as the house in Virginia is my rental property. When I followed up, the check was sent to Virginia anyways. I called the insurance company to cancel and reissue the check which I ended up having to overnight to your company due to the company that fixed the house starting to threaten to charge interest since it was taking longer than expected to pay the invoice. Once again, check #2 was sent to the Virginia address. After calling the insurance company for a 3rd time, and getting a 3rd check reissued to me, I sent it again, overnight, to your company for endorsement on October 22. I called today to follow up on the status and was informed that they have no idea where the check is and would put in a request to "find out where it is". This is getting absolutely ridiculous and frustrating as this process is taking over 3 months due to the constant loss/misplacement of the check I am sending to you.
