I had an unpleasant experience with this car care service. The communication was lacking, making it difficult to understand the process of my vehicle's service. When I picked up my car, I noticed that some of the requested maintenance had not been completed as discussed. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unorganized, which added to my frustration. Overall, I would not recommend this establishment for reliable automotive care.
