I moved to Atlanta two years ago to pursue a career in acting not knowing how to do it. After a year of talking to people that had been in the industry the one place that I was referred to time and time again was Nick Conti's acting studio. So that's where I decided to go.
I've been studying there for a year now and the one thing I can say is "They were absolutely right!!!"
The studio is not only affordable it is also filled with highly talented and trained coaches that truly care about the people studying there. The techniques shown in class are at the highest level. They are techniques that the professional actors that are teaching them use themselves. At the same time they pay attention to the individual trying to learn and try to incorporate what is best for that person and not just what they would do. They are true coaches and not just people trying to show you something they've been taught. They care about the students and want to see them succeed in the way that is best for the actor studying there. It is a family-esque environment were the people studying there also help and support each other.
My personal coaches have been Matt Skoller and Scott Oakley. I can say with full confidence if you work with them and the other coaches available you will be given the tools to be a good actor in a way that they themselves are not just running lines
