Lots of luck attempting to keep track of the billing. DMH requires a credit card to be on file and it is easy to see why. They want to be able to charge whatever whenever. We were charged on an old credit card that had been replaced and disputed the charge stating that it should have gone to the new card. DMH in their dispute response stated that the charge was valid and requested the processor to apply it. One month later DMH sent an me invoice for those exact payments (called double posting) after I terminated both credit cards authorized for them, refusing to trust them any longer. We have since terminated all services as they refuse to offer them without an authorized credit card at their disposal. Caveat Emptor.
