Wow spent 4 nights at novotel Dcc with my family & was triggered by the kind of guest customer service the whole team provided. The bell desk junker and kursheed welcomed as with a warm smile and assisted as with our luggage. The catering was awesome and the meals were beyon our expectations. Security staff William provided uswith information about the hotel facilities . Thanks novotel team.
