I have been using Optimum software solutions for my business for over a year now, and I must say it has been an average experience so far. The software itself functions well and meets most of my requirements, but there are some areas where it falls short. The customer support is not very responsive, and I often find myself waiting for hours to get a resolution. Additionally, the user interface can be a bit clunky and confusing at times.
