Very bad manners and despotism in the telephone care by the cardiology service, on two occasions have changed the different appointments with different tests I had due to COVID 19, so far I can understand, the problem is that they do not communicate the change because they have a lot of work, they say the patient has to worry about.
Please offer some types of telephone support course to this department in order to improve and be able to offer a better service.
