I have worked with Sutherland Mortgage few times and closed the loans. I worked with Mr. Daniel. His service was excellent and made the process as smooth as possible. No gimmicks and whatever was promised was delivered without any questions. Overall staff who worked with me were courteous and helpful. I referred couple of my friends and they got excellent services as well. The do not over promise but they will try to give the best possible deal and do not take short cuts and do not force. I had an excellent service from Daniel and his team. I would recommend this company and Daniel for any mortgage services
