Had ordered a sweater of 90 euros. 3 days later it was said that it would be delivered between 8.37 pm and 10.37 pm, already ridiculously late. Nothing. Next day it said it would be delivered with the date of the day before it. So I called the delivery company and I was surprised to find that they had not received the package at all !! Finally called to the shopping street and they said that my package would be sent that day, already 5 days after ordering. 2 hours later I received an email that they could not say an exact delivery date. Said I would wait then. Again 2 days later I received an email that the product was no longer in stock. Ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN. Finally received money back a week after ordering.
