I recently purchased a suit from a popular online retailer. The suit itself is fantastic and I received many compliments when I wore it. However, when it came to customer service, I was quite disappointed. I had an issue with the sizing and reached out to their support team, but they were not very helpful. It took them several days to respond to my email, and even then, their response was not satisfactory. I expected better service from such a well-known company.
