I have had an average experience with PACIFIC ENGINEERING DESIGN LLC. The quality of their work is decent, but nothing exceptional. I expected better from a company of their reputation. The team was professional and delivered the project on time, but I feel like they lacked innovation in their approach. Overall, I would give them a 3 out of 5.
