Scorched Earth Brewing Company exceeded my expectations. The beers were outstanding, with unique flavors that I haven't tasted anywhere else. The taproom had a great ambiance, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I particularly enjoyed their barrel-aged stout, which had a complex and rich taste.
