I have mixed feelings about Plast Techs Enterprise...

I have mixed feelings about Plast Techs Enterprises. While their products are of good quality, their customer service can be hit or miss. Sometimes they are responsive and helpful, but other times they are unresponsive and uncooperative. It's a bit frustrating.
