I have been a customer of Xceem for many years and I must say, their service is average. The website is user-friendly and the product selection is decent. However, I feel that their customer support could be improved. The response time is often slow and the representatives are not always helpful. Overall, Xceem is an okay company to buy from, but there is definitely room for improvement.
