Finalyyyyy got to speak to someone an when I asked my question he proceeded to answer with
"just go on the website to file an if you have any additional questions the website can help you an take me off your speaker or turn off your radio cuz I cant hear anything your saying!! Bye."
Note: needless to say I was in a silent room with hI'm on speaker phone an his answer had absolutely nothing to do with my question an correct if I'm wrong anybody, when you don't hear or understand what someone is saying then the correct response would be
"Im sorry but I didn't hear you can you please repeat that"
Or something along the lines of that.... in my opinion that guy should be fired cuz I kno I'm not the first person that he was rude af too. Terrible customer service !!
