Although I haven't had any major issues with Groupe SMA, I found their customer service to be lacking. The staff often seemed uninterested in helping and didn't go out of their way to resolve any issues. The rates are competitive, but the lack of good customer service is a letdown. I would recommend exploring other insurance options before choosing Groupe SMA.
