I am a CUSTOMER and I have to say that Goh igs & automation pte ltd (gia) has been average. The company website, giaearth.com, is easy to navigate and find information about the products they offer. However, I felt that the customer service could have been better. The response time to my inquiries was slow and it took a while to get the answers I needed.
