The staff assume that every guest is a degenerate. There is not enough trash services and the dumpsters over flow....especially on the weekends. They give you 1 roll of toilet paper and your expected to purchase your own after it runs out. Housekeeping is one time a week. They don't wash or replenish towels...you are expected to wash them yourself as needed. If you call the front desk they rarely answer the phone, so you have to walk down there. The staff will tell you that they put in work orders for issues, but it will never get done unless you keep going back and pressing them. There is a lot of night time drama....loud screaming, and music playing. A room that is $360 comes to $460 a week after taxes and fees. It's basically the projects, and let's not forget about the gigantic cockroaches!
