So for starters, I used Uber eats for the first time and this was my first and maybe my last using them depending on how they handle this situation. I did call the restaurant and they said because we ordered via Uber eats we had to let them know. But Uber eats wasn t in the kitchen so who should be responsible? This chicken was NOT done all the way, we ordered broccoli that we did NOT get, (luckily we had some in the house) I asked for extra ranch and they gave me 1 ranch and 1 caesar even though I asked for extra RANCH! (I don t like their caesar dressing bc it s made with anchovies and I don t like seafood) Nevertheless we also asked for bread and guess what, we didn t get that either! Now if you know their prices, they cost waaay too much to be messing up! I eat at Ruth Chris not all the time but more often then not and this is NOT how I expect their food to be regardless if we ordered takeout or dine-in!! You get 2 stars for the Mac and cheese, it was our first time ordered it and it was good! This was supposed to be a birthday celebration get it together Ruth Chris!!
