I had a mediocre experience renting an apartment from Blankstein enterprises inc. The overall service was average. The apartment was clean and in good condition, but there were some minor maintenance issues that took longer than expected to get resolved. The staff was somewhat helpful, but could have been more attentive. The rent was on the higher side compared to similar apartments in the area. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.
