I ve been noticing the poor customer service latel...

I ve been noticing the poor customer service lately in stores, restaurant, etc.
so when I took my car to Tommy s yesterday, and received the same awesome service that I have for the past 15 years, I thought it would be nice to write a positive review for a change. They do know me as a customer at Tommy s and that may have impacted what happened yesterday, but for the past 15 years I have found them to be friendly, polite and helpful; not to mention their work is top notch. Yesterday I called and asked if I could pop in because my car had been intermittently making a noise and it was making it at the time. Tommy came out and hopped in my car, I didn t want to turn the car off as the sound often stopped after I stopped. Tommy was able to quickly identify the problem and although they appeared to be very busy, and probably because it was a fairly quick fix, (15-20 minutes) he did it on the spot. In 15 years, taking multiple cars in for inspections and routine maintenance I ve never had a problem with anyone there, they are professional and knowledgeable.
