Scam Company.. After buying Fog Machine from them,...

Scam Company.. After buying Fog Machine from them, when the Machine started giving problems, they stopped answering my calls for service despite the same machine being in warranty.

They have cheated by giving duplicate fog machine and does not have the courtesy to pick up my phone and provide services. I have lodged a complaint against this fraud company.

It was not working on the day of arrival, after my complaint, you called me up and I had a video call, even after that I had watts up msgs and video calls
It is told while going for buying the product, I wouldn't go for it, I received your recommendation from India Mart, so I called you and as we had met before 1 year I had given the chance to buy from you. It's ok Chinese made but within one month jawab dediya. At least 6 months it would have worked perfectly I have assumed that my investment has given me the return, but from the beginning only it was not working properly, and for that, I had to message you for the solution and you told me to use glycerin. So now again it has stopped working it's your goodwill to give service to your client, barely puts your hands up and confiding me that it's Chinese make I am helpless. I am living up to you it's your reputation and goodwill to see how considerably you protect it up. Thanks.

Starter of the fog machine had been repaired because it wasn't working for your false information to use glycerin. By using glycerin it was jam and fog was not coming out. Don't give negligence information others to use glycerin as you have given to me, and hope you must have a buildup a building from my cash which I had purchased a fog machine for protection in this pandemic of COVID VIRUS. I never notice that a merchant marketed or sold products and never provide services on inadequate material, you are the first one to whom I have come across and had raised his hands by not proving any aid on the defective product sold by you. Be comfortable by amassing with such procedures.
