I was a patient at North Simcoe Physiotherapy from October 2018 to May 2019 and I had Matt as my physiotherapist for the 7-8 months I was there. I found the clinic to have very friendly staff, that were approachable, understanding of situations. I think getting to be with the physiotherapist the whole appointment is one of the things that makes North Simcoe so good!

Matt made it clear from the start what my MRI actually meant, so that I understood what was wrong with my knee. He made it clear what treatment plan would be the best for me (what he would do and what I would do at home). When I came in October, I told him I had a ski trip at Christmas that I wanted to be ready for. Each visit he would evaluate how I was progressing so that I would know if I could go on my trip. He answered any question I had and ensured I was comfortable doing each exercise and any discomfort that I felt was dealt with.

Overall, I felt that North Simcoe Physiotherapy raised the bar on what a physio clinic should be and that out of all the specialists, doctors, chiropractors, and physiotherapists I have seen to treat my knee, Matt is second to none and in a class of his own!
