Stacey from HR is so rude. She told me she sent my email to the right people . I emailed her saying I would like to send a cover letter to them and wanted to check my update on my resume. She never responded, it was the holidays so I did understand that. When I called she kept interrupting me instead of listening to what I had to say. When I asked her if I could get the contact information of who this was sent to she said I can t do that . Then when I said how will I know about the status of my resume all she says was it s hard . I m convinced she did not even send my resume to begin with. She then kept interrupting me then hung up on me. She s very disrespectful and unprofessional. I had emailed her that I felt miss treated and she did not respond. I never in my life spoke to someone this unprofessional. I have the right to know who my resume was sent to, it has all my information on it. Stacey from HR needs HR.
