I've been a customer of Service group r&d s.r.l. for several years now, and I have to say that their services are average. While they do provide some useful solutions, I often find their customer support to be lacking. It can take a long time to get a response, and sometimes the support staff isn't very knowledgeable. Overall, I would say that Service group r&d s.r.l. is just an average company.
