I had an average experience with Afisha Media Group. The website rusac.com was easy to navigate and had a lot of useful information. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries and when they finally did, their answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would say that my experience with Afisha Media Group was just okay.
