We bought a vehicle from mazda kia Lumberton. After two months I had to put in a transmission. I purchased a expensive warranty which the company put in a used transmission. They kept my vehicle for a.month in the shop.The transmission is giving me trouble again. also the catalact conveter is bad, but they will not fix it.I tried to talk to management but they avoid me. I would not recommend Mazda Kia in Lumberton I have a vehicle now that I have taken to three different auto shops and they told me the vehicle will eventually break down I think that Mazda Kia should take responsibility for selling me a bad vehicle while my mom was sick. I would not recommend going there and being lied to. The staff in the back are very helpful and friendly. The manager Chris tries to avoid me they will smile and stab you in the back.
