Showing up on time is not an option. Our company s...

Showing up on time is not an option. Our company scheduled a job with Metro, to be started at 7am. All this confirmed more than once with the sales rep. Company did not show up on time. When questioned the rep, were told they were on their way. It is now 2 hours after the time they were supposed to show up and we are being told that they are still 30-45 minutes out. Halting all work to be completed, as well as our crews having to make sure that people aren't parking where we are working, costing us money and time.
