I've had an overall average experience with Appetas. Although their website design is sleek and professional, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was mediocre, and I felt like my concerns were not always addressed properly. However, the overall functionality of their platform was satisfactory, and I was able to showcase my menu in an attractive way. I hope they can improve their customer support in the future.
