I can not express enough how wonderful axelrod was to me! At axelrod it's not just another car dealership like the rest! They treat you like family and make sure your taken care of until your 100% satisfied before walking out the door. Believe me I walked in there thinking here we go, let me see what they have to offer and the min I feel like I'm going to get hustled I'm out of there! as a first time car buyer I wasn't experienced enough to know what I was looking for but I set a budget and no matter what if I did not get a car in my budget I was gone!!! But boy oh boy was I wrong, the min I was greeted by my salesman Gary who now I call a friend!!! He immediately understood what I was looking for and got the perfect car just for me and the best part was it was in my budget : ) I got the SUV I wanted at a price I just couldn't refuse! Gary took his time to go over everything, he helped big time with the in's and outs of the car but what I really appreciated was how patient he was with me and made sure I was a happy customer, unlike many salesman who just try to hit there numbers for the month and hustle there customers! Axelrod is the place to go if your looking for the right car! Trust me you won't be disappointed, I definitely will do business with them again in the future!
