Drove two hours to look at a car with intent to purchase.
The dealership confirmed the vehicle was in inventory before driving there. Upon arrival, we were told that the vehicle was not there, it was at their sister store, Brandon Honda an hour away.
We left and luckily called Brandon Honda to confirm before driving yet another hour away. Nope, not there either. So, we called Sun Toyota back and were told that the vehicle is in fact at Sun Toyota. We head back and after 30 minutes of waiting, not there. Very disappointed in their lack of organization.
