I recently purchased a brain stimulation device from a company that shall remain nameless. Let's just say that I was extremely disappointed with the product and their customer service. However, I stumbled upon Brainsway and decided to give them a try. It was the best decision I could have made! The device is fantastic and their customer support team is incredible.
