I recently had a deck installed by the company and overall I am satisfied with the finished product. The team was professional and worked efficiently to complete the project in a timely manner. The quality of the materials used is good, and the design met my expectations. However, I did encounter some communication issues with the project manager, and there were a few minor details that needed to be addressed after the installation. Despite these hiccups, the end result is satisfactory and the company did make an effort to rectify the issues. Overall, it was an average experience for me. 😐
