I recently used Jetsmarter for a business trip and overall had a decent experience. The booking process was smooth and the crew on board was professional. However, I felt that the interior of the plane could have been cleaner and the in-flight Wi-Fi was unreliable. I would consider using Jetsmarter again in the future, but I hope they improve on these areas.
